Often the fears were created in the past at a younger age. The ‘young’ level of fear is no longer relevent or useful in the present.
Sometimes the fear is an adjunct to an anxious or oversensitive personality.
And at other times, it’s just a heightened emotional reaction that imprints a protective behavior directly into the subconscious, without the conscious mind having any direct input.
The goal of the therapy is for clients to experience positive change around their phobic behaviors in just a few therapy sessions.
Each session incorporates hypnosis with therapy tailored specifically for the relevent phobic challenge.
