Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you! Uni has been very busy lately.

I just wanted to thank you so much for the therapy session.

My whole lifestyle has changed already and I’ve been feeling so much more confident and happy with my relationship to food.

My social life and relationship have already improved as I don’t feel anxious to eat in front of people anymore, as well as being able to eat some of my previously most feared foods!

I can’t thank you enough for your expertise and guidance on ARFID.
