Overview of ARFID Therapy at Specialist Hypnotherapy

I’m often asked what is involved in our successful ARFID therapy program. Is it hypnosis? Is it talk therapy? And how is it possible that at the end of only one ARFID therapy session 90% of adults and 65% of children/adolescents are calmly eating some of their non safe foods for the first time?

I hope that the video will give you some insight into the successful ARFID therapy program we utilise for clients aged from 8+ to adult. (It is the same successful ARFID therapy protocol pioneered by Felix Economakis in London).
